Russian Orloff roo?

I posted a while ago trying to figure out hen or roo for my only Orloff. Well now that it's been a while I am 99.9% sure he's a roo. But I still consider myself new to all this so just looking for confirmation that my big dude is in fact a dude. I believe he is about 13-14 weeks old now. Not crowing yet.
