How long does the russian tortoise live?

I know. Information is everywhere. If someone doesnt have internet they could always go to the library. Or even go into a petstore and look at the books. (Even though it bugs me when people stand there and read them and then leave without buying them) Yet people still think that just because an animal is alive, that it is fine. So they continue giving them crappy care.
