rust colored bantam. what breed and gender am i?

This is Rusty. it is very friendly and comes to the edge of the brooder when we open the sliding door. It loves to be held never causes a fuss.But I'm really curious to know if it is a hen or rooster. acts like a hen. and what breed of bantam is she?
