Rye recipe seedless

Any one have a good rye bread recipe?
my MIL used to bring us rye bread when she made her yearly visits but sadly we lost her a few years back.
the bread she brought had a slight Liquorice taste,
she called it swedish rye? anyone know of it ?
It had no seeds.

I suspect she ground the anise seed in a mortar and pestle, as this is the source for the slight licorice flavor in Swedish rye bread.
