Sad day, Our puppies didn't make it!!

I'm so sorry. I've been there during C section deliverys and was able to witness the good and bad of having puppies. Some were strong at first breath, others took many attempts at rescusitation (sp) and still died in my hands. It's heart breaking. I do hope you give it another try when she is ready, the vet is aware of potential problems now and may be able to correct them in the future. Give your girl a kiss for me. I love weimaraners.
