Do you lock the chooks in the coop every night...and do a head count?
So 8 wo was taken from coop or run?
Is that 2x4 welded wire on the run?
Can't really see it set up that well...I'd just look closely all around coop and run.

If it disappears with no trace no what so ever then I also think a human being may have taken the chicken. Why? because only a human can take it without leaving any trace.
