My older guinea pig just passed on. She was the daughter of my very first piggy...I hope my last piggy won't be too sad.

They really need to invent pets that live for 80yrs or more.

My hubby was sort of suggesting we don't get any more. I don't think I can live without them though. We'll see how Marshmello feels alone in the next week and decide if we should go to the shelter for a new companion.
I lost my first ever female last year at age 7yrs so I knew Mindy wasn't to far behind her. I got them in college so Mindy was about 6.5yrs old. Too bad they just don't live longer.
Enjoy them while you have them!

Guinea pigs are so sweet. What a pretty girl she was. I'm sorry she passed away. I wish they had longer lives, too.

Thank you...when she was born just after my first ever pig died and she looked exactly the same...I had to keep her so I still had part of her daddy with me. I still will always be partial to b/w dutch piggies!
