I have eggs coming this week so i pulled the bator and egg turner out for the first hatch and my egg turner isn't working! Ugh, its only 1.5 years old, how depressing!

Bummer! My egg turner is my 12 year old DS. He does a great job! Sorry to hear of your plight though.

I would like to build a nice cabinet incubator, but i dont mind the styrofoam ones at all, I have had good luck. I also dont think I have time to get the cabinet done and adjusted before the eggs arrive.

Hubby thinks that he can fix it or I will be purchasing another one!

Sometimes the pieces on the egg turners get knocked out of place and it doesn't seem to work, so make sure everything is where it's supposed to be. I know the part of the frame that actually attaches to the turner could be the culpit because when it's fitted together wrong it looks like it's together properly.

By any chance is it one of the older model LG turners? The motor in mine burned out several times. Got fed up and finally upgraded to some Brinsea ECOs.
