Sad evening

One of my 9 ladies is missing in action today she's nowhere to be seen no feathers no nothing don't know what happened
Very sad

Don't give up! One of my pullets was living in the woods for 3 days. My chooks got scattered by a dog and were all gone. One by one, they came back except the one. I found her living across the road.

I did! It was insane. I had to get a bunch of people together and we bulled thru that thick brush and woods and closed in on her from all sides. LOL dang chicken!

I did not go down to check on them this morning where I had an early allergy test an he away and then my oldest son turned 6 today and we went to jump jam.
Got home 3 hrs ago to go check and get eggs for the day and 4 was out of their run they came running.
Put the ladies back in and counted and one of the two Rhode island reds was mia I searched forever in the field around the barn in the other stables just in case she does in them. Nope nowhere......
Took my kids up to my mom's and just got back and two more ladies was back out and she was back..... fixes where they was escaping and cut wings..... She's guess she was having a great time exploring the 2 acre field

Great news, glad you got her back and fixed where they were getting out. Hopefully they will stay home and quit causing trouble!
