I am sorry for your loss and my heart goes out to anyone who experiences the loss of any bird. Thank you for the advice about mareks. The hatchery didn't recommend it. I wonder why.

How long will the vaccine keep once you get it?

I want to be ready for when the hen hatches her chicks but don't want to wait till the last minute to order the vaccine. The chicks will hatch in a couple of weeks.
