Do you have a way to keep them cool now if it ever gets that hot again?

know i will have to bring them in the home i have 14 call ducks and 14 Appleyard's and 10 Indian runner

It was nearly 40 degrees celsius yesterday where I am, my oldest hen looked like as if she did not want to live any more - sat in a dip they dug for dust bathing, wings spread out, mouth wide open, eyes half closed.

It got cooler in the evening, she was alive again.

That’s a lot of ducks I have 21 ducks and three geese and three big fat chickens I think need as much space indoors as you do and I have this side basement garage type room that I use for that purpose. , thank God. Heat wave or Blizzard, tornado, etc
I don’t know what I would do without that space it’s always cool because it’s a basement room, but it has an out entrance on one side so I can corral them all down there and I have it divided into sections for ducks , Geese, and chickens because they don’t all get along with each other.
You might think why don’t I just let them sleep in there every night and not need all those coops in my yard it’s because they make so much noise DH can’t handle it lol so only special weather occasions

i dont have the space inside the home but i will still bring them inside if i need to. my mum may not like it but she will have to dill with it
