Everyone loves picking out *New* chicks at stores. But this is what the other side is.




The chickens at shelters don't get Strawberries, Blueberries, Bananas etc. More importantly they don't get a family, love and care that they need. Some of them have no problems, problems, illness, and so many other things. But with your help you can give them medicine for illness. Treats to make them healthy. And attention to make them happy. I know! I am thinking about adopting one! I just love my chickens, and I want to love other shelter ones too! I am really hoping on adopting a few!

I have a few rescued pets. I didn't get them through petfinder but I support adoption 100%. If I could take in more, I would. Sadly overbreeding and unwanted animals are more common than we think.
