Saddle Air Sack

Thanks BirdsBeesTrees for your advice and support :love
so far i have 8 little healthy chicks :D and the other 2 have pip holes :D
i'm actually surprised if i get a 10/10 hatch rate, better than i have had in the past.
Purchased 12 eggs but could only put 10 in my incubator and cracked the other 2 and they when fertile aswell, excellent with 100% fertility, will purchase again from them in the future. Blue Australorps next.

after reading and seeing Yorkshire Coop's replies and pics on another thread i decided to leave them in the cut down egg cups
maybe having them standing up is a better way to hatch.

I did have to take 5 out to put in the brooder as it was getting way to crowded in the incubator, and changed the paper towel so the sixth one could fluff up properly, but my little rcom10 plus pro didn't drop much in temp and humidity and regained temps pretty quickly and since doing that the other 2 hatched.
Had a bit of a problem with the egg cups though, 2 chicks suck their heads in them and had them around their necks :lau no dramas though, just removed the hatched eggs, egg cups.

I'll post a pic later, actually got a short vid of no.5 lifting its lid of.

all 10 hatched, but the last one to hatch didn't survive and died over night.
still 9 out of 10, i think myself lucky cause i wasn't expecting that many to hatch:celebrate

Interesting though cause the last one was laying on its side for hatching and was a long time between pip and hatch.
all in the brooder on a heat pad.
i dont know how to upload the vid

couple of pics:celebrate

Prue white Australorps, wonder if the white are girls and yellow tint are boys
