Safe coop and run lighting for humans

Good questions! It is a raised coop, about 4' inside. Here are some photos of it in progress, maybe 2 weeks ago. I am now done with building all 3 walls, ceiling, floor and nest boxes. Working on the 4th wall now.

My safety concern comes from reading about heat lamps with chicks, so maybe this is not an issue with a 4'-5' ceiling. Although the roost will be pretty high, the highest will probably be about 2.5' up (by the windows, left side when looking at the inside). Nest boxes are 1' off the floor. I could put the light on the nest box/water side, away from the roosts.

Now to figure out how to build the cleanout doors. I am no carpenter! I ordered some greenhouse polycarbonate panels to add light to those, however I am about out of weather to do that this fall. It is supposed to get to 4 degrees at night this weekend, man I need to get these ladies out of their temporary coop (photo also attached - it is now far too small although there is space for all to roost.
