Safe flower petals?

I'm guessing that peony petals are okay for chicks (10 weeks old now)...I think that I was even served some in a salad once...but just wanted to be sure before I give them the petals that are falling off the flowers. Thanks.

Not sure on this...but I would guess petunia and flowers that humans can consume are fine for them.
