Safe to eat chickens treated with fenbendazole (Safeguard)?

I have approx 10 juvenile roosters due to a straight run purchase. I found worms in one of my hen’s poop so I’ve just treated my whole flock with Safeguard (5 days, paste).

I am going to attempt to re-home the unwanted roosters but if I can’t, is it safe for people to eat them? Of course, I would tell any interested people about the treatment. Just wondering if it’s an option.

Ughhh, I don’t know if I can make it another two weeks. The hormones are raging over here...

On another note, at what age/size are birds suitable for slaughter?
