Safe to eat eggs after flea treatment?

Dog got fleas, then passed them to hens (who we had just gotten over a case of mites thanks to Sevin dust). Treated all the animals with Adams one-spot flea treatment and the girls have finally started laying again. Is it safe to eat the eggs?
