Safe to eat sick bird?

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this.

I have an 11 week old RIR rooster.
He seems to be sick, and not getting better.

It almost seems like a neurological problem. He's having problems maintaining his balance, and he's not holding his wings close to his side.

My question is if I cull him, is it safe to eat him?

Personally, I wouldn't eat a sick bird.

I wouldn't eat it, why risk you and your family's health. Better to cull it and dispose of it!
