Safe to go out to the garage?

I just got these pullets, and from what the girl who I bought them from tells me, they are probably 7.5 to 8 weeks old. All feathered out. Right now they are in the basement, but my DW would rather them in the garage. The nights here are now staying near 30 degrees farenheit and above with daytime temps getting into the 40's. If I put them in the garage, no drafts but no heat, with a 150w infrared heat lamp, they should be fine right? I am sure they will be fine, but am looking for validation.

P.S. I hope to have their coop build within a couple of weeks.

I do it colder than that with basically the same set-up. They will be ok.

They should be just fine with a heatlamp 24/7 and large brooder box...yes....
