Don't know if this is the right place to post this question, but I was wondering if there is a time when I can "breath easier" about my duckling being OK? Wobbles seems to be doing just fine. Eating, Drinking, "talking"...

. I am totally new to this and I got him/her because the person that bought them didn't like the way he/she looked, so she said not this one.

I'm a nervous wreck. I've had Wobbles since Wednesday. I have a heat lamp on plus 2 old dish towels that Wobbles uses to nest in, but I have to keep in our bathroom. The room does not have ventilation so I move him/her (sorry not sure the sex....LOL) everytime we take a shower. I put in my son's room, which is warm. I don't know if the humidity from the shower would be harmful.

I was just wondered about my 31 yr odl horse, now I have a "baby" in the house.....LOL I usually foster for dogs but I don't have time for that right now, so now it's ducklings....

Thank you in advance for any responses.

Wish I could answer you, but I've never raised ducklings. I'm sure someone will step up with advice for you soon!

I just wanted to say that Wobbles is an adorable name!!!

Thanks. When he was "rejected" he would wobble and fall over.
Thank you for replying.

Try the duck forums for some help. Ducks like water.

I never raised ducklings so I will just bump for one of the folks that has to answer you.
