saggy, jiggly crop?

My black australorp's crop (I think) is sagging and is jiggly like it is full of liquid. What do I do?

she seems to be behaving normal right now, but I'll take all those suggestions and try to find a vet that sees chickens, my regular vet doesn't. I'll get on it in the morning! Thanks!!!
