Actually that's what needs to be counterbalanced with weight in the back.
Sally,, you know I am a problem solver. So here is an IDEA. When the snow needs to be plowed,, Jump into the back seat, with a blanket, a good book, and a bag of fresh popped popcorn. (still warm)
And say,,,, "Honey,,,,,❤️ now you can clear the drive.

My dad used to tell the story about his brother sliding off the road in the snow and getting stuck in the ditch, mid-1950s. My dad had 200 pounds of bagged sand in the trunk of my mom's 1940ish Ford during the winter. He drove her car down into the ditch and pushed my uncle's Buick Roadmaster (ha!) out of the ditch and back on the road.

Similar to my mom's car ⬆️

I made a loaf of GF bread to use to make the stuffing. I have a recipe that is working well, but I'm tweaking it a bit. I figure if it isn't as good, it's still fine to use for stuffing.

I sawed off the two heels to use as a hamburger bun. That was delicious. I don't buy GF bread/buns at the store, so it was a treat to have a burger on a bun at home.

I'm trying something new.

Last year, I tried baking slices of home made bread to toast it for stuffing, and it seemed to take a really long time. No, I didn't turn on the broiler, because I don't think it works. I think of using a broiler once or twice a year, and this is half or all of them. :gig

So I dried out the slices in the dehydrator. We'll see if that helps. They won't sizzle, anyway. They are bone dry.

This is a sad thing to do intentionally to nice loaf of home made bread. That means I need to make another loaf, huh? But not until after Thanksgiving and leftovers are gone/put in the freezer. There will be enough good things to eat for quite awhile.
