Would really like to see some pics. I wanted to do this same cross. I was wondering why you didn't get any dark skin chicks from the silkie influence.

Hi Georgia Boy! I finially got some pictures for ya'll to see of the SF/Silkie Mixes, as you can see the only thing they really got from the silkie Moms was there shape, and comb and head poofs, but their skin and legs are White and they have very light turq. earlobes almost pearlecent (sp) but they are pretty cool, this is Black beard the cockeral and one of the Sisters Bunny.

If so, they already exist.

They are purebred silkies, no outcrossing to Faverolle.
