Salmon Faverolle Cockerel or Pullet?

Hi!

I have two 4 week old salmon faverolles. I'm pretty sure the lighter one that I have is a pullet, but I am wondering if the darker one could be a cockerel or maybe just a dark pullet. Any help would be very appreciated! I took the best pictures that I could but for some reason some of the photo qualities are bad.

Black chest feathers on SF indicate make. Females do not get black feathers on their chest/neck area.
