Salmon Faverolle sexing

Not sure how nutrition impacts feathers but I would find a way to ensure this little bird has access to all the food it wants. Perhaps separate it for 15 minutes or so...a time when he/she does not have to compete for food and can eat all it wants. It is super important at this stage.

Thanks. I was beginning to wonder if I should separate him.

Hi Everyone,

Another BYCer kindly noticed my chick, "Elizabeth", has some boyish coloring. My town has a ban on roosters and I'm hoping that's not the case. What do you guys think? She's the most docile of our flock (a silver laced cochin and speckled sussex) and the three of them have taken so well to each other, it would break my heart to separate them.
