Green legs and pea comb makes it very likely she's an Easter egger. Be aware that they don't all lay blue or green eggs-- those are the most common but any color is possible. Cute peeps btw.
Thanks

The medium grey feathers you are referring to... I believe is called blue in chickens. I have an EE who look very much like that one. She had classic chipmunk stripes as a chick. Most yellow chicks turn either white or red, I think. They definitely don't keep their same color feathers as down.Easter Eggers can grow up to be any number of colors/combinations. Mine was a very fluffy chick, has greenish legs, and now at 24 weeks is brown/buff fading to medium grey from front to back. Most pics of EEs don't look like her. She hasn't started laying yet, so I'm not sure what color eggs I'll get.
This picture I found is similar, but mine is darker by the neck and greyer by the tail:

All chicks do have those grey eyes until they reach a certain age, though I haven't figured out what that age is yet.Does that one in the photo have red eyes? Mine has grey eyes..what color are your ee's eyes?Do their eyes change color as they get older?
I'd expect your chick will be either all white or mostly white. Grey eyes are common on chicks, they will likely turn orange or brown as it gets a bit older. And, hatchery produced EEs have a VERY high rate of blue shell inheritance -- Ideal has selected for shell color for decades. So, you will most likely get blue or green eggs... presuming yours is a female.ok..its definitely not a salmon faverolle it only has 4 toes not 5 omg lol but it has a pea comb and the lady i got her from says it is probably a left over easter egger she didnt realize she still had, she had about 200 chicks there so..they are all from Ideal Poultry in Texas..two other people working there had gotten them for me so she hadn't seen..
But if it's an easter egger i think i might keep it! Is there a way to tell what color is will be when it grows up aside from just light, white, cream, ..lavender ?Do they stay the same color? She's yellow lol I've never seen a yellow one full grown so surely wont stay yellow? Its feet are blueish greenish pinkish..a really pretty color..its eyes are grey..

I don't want to jinx you BUT my solid yellow EE chick became a super handsome, golden-hackled, mostly white rooster
They mess that up about 10% of the time... which is much higher than the rate of missing the blue shell boat.
Not for another 4-8 weeksoh gosh lol..well..is there any way I can tell?
To the op,
Can you get a good picture of the underside of all the "Faverolles" feet?
