We received 5 Salmon Faverolles. 3 are definitely pullets- they all have typical pullet coloring- salmon colored wings and white creamy chest feathers.
One is a lighting brown with white chest feathers and some dark gray spots.

Then our last one- dark brown wing feathers and white with gray chest feathers. Sadly I think this little one is a Roo.
Should I continue to wait it out or start looking to rehome now? Is there any hope that this is just a funny looking beard?

3 week old chick.

I would wait and see. I have 3 9wk old SF and only 1 has the preferred standard coloring. The other 2 are hatchery grade coloring......which means a lot of black

Which hatchery are they from? I would wait a little longer, another week or 2. See what color feathers start to come in on the head and neck.

Ugh I have one that looks very similar to yours OP. Didn't realize the coloring was so bad on some hatchery birds. I thought the Faverolle would be the easiest of my chicks to sex, and instead it's the hardest.
