I have two girls but they are in a flock with all girls that they have grown up with I will see what happens when I put my new chickens in with them after 3 more weeks. They are very docile and seem like they might have trouble defending themselves.
Salmon Faverolles are really sweet birds. They tend to be quite docile and CAN be bullied. Their size is in their favor, however, as they are pretty hefty gals. Once nice thing about them is that they do lay during the winter, earning them a "snowflake" on the Henderson's breed chart. Speckled Sussex are really sweet as well, and they lay during the winter also.
