I can't seem to get really any straight answers about their HEIGHT and WEIGHT.

I have a female who is only two weeks old and I'd like to know if I can pair her with my Light Brahma Rooster eventually.

That would be fine. I can’t give you exact numbers, but they are around 5-7 pounds, and are normal size for LF birds.

The standard for hens is 6.5lb. Should be plenty large for your roo eventually.
