Salmon pekin boy or girl?

Yes there is a lot of white on her but the salmon can be seen on the wings and shoulders but who knows I'm not sure what I have now lol
 
Recessive white often leaks salmon. I have Faverolles. In some lines recessive whites do pop up from time to time but they tend to not be clean whites, with salmon casting bleeding though.

This was a project hen I had at one time, and an example of leakage.

That's interesting you say that because she does seem to have some black on her wings aswel which I haven't seen in the salmon,does that sound like it too? Here's a pic

I'm not an expert on any purebreds, lol, sorry. What slow feathering though, does this bird live in a brooder or outside?

lol all good. ;) Well, that's a bit odd, generally you see such flow feathering in brooder-reared meat bird types, but who knows why it's happened here. I sure don't. :P
