I'm brand new to this site. Though I've had my hen for about three years now. I joined yesterday as I stumbled across these forums while I was looking for an answer to a very specific question my boyfriend and I were not sure of the answer to; do chickens like water... We thought we knew the answer but our girl continues to prove she's far more dog-like than bird-like. Which is fine with me, ever entertaining and she produces eggs regardless...
Anywho, I look forward to learning more about chickens on all sorts of issues. Lovely to meet you all.

If the weather is very hot, chickens like to cool their feet. Cool feet = cooler body. Your dog looks like he prefers to bathe alone.
