Same age, some laying for weeks, some not yet?

My 5 girls are all the same age, approximately 25 weeks. About a month ago, 1 started laying consistently, then 2, and now 3 . Every few days I'll get 4, but never 5.

Any idea why that would be?

Even if every bird is laying, it doesn't mean you will get an eggs from every bird every day. Some will take a day off from time to time. I feel like I hit the jackpot on days I'm 10 for 10! It's also possibly one just isn't ready to lay yet, and well, she'll start when she feels like it.
