I have two white wyandottes, I absolutely adore both of them. Both are 7 weeks old. They are both have some significant differences as far as size, feather growth, and tail shape but their comb/wattle development seems to be around the same. I'm hoping for a male and female pair! The obviously bigger one is "Sweetie", named by my four-year-old. Originally thought this was a female, but it displays a lot of signs of dominance and seems to be pretty high up in the pecking order- it doesn't get picked on much. The smaller one is ''Nugget", very curious and not shy at all. It is much smaller than the other, got it's feathers much later.
Opinions? Do I have a pair? Two hens? Two roos??
Thank you in advance!

To me they look like two hens. If I can not tell gender than I look for sex feathers. Sex feathers are sharp feathers on the saddle of a rooster. Very pretty birds I wish you look with your wyandottes. My sister has two silver laced wyandotte hens.

I love them so far! Hoping they are both hens or I have a pair so that I can keep them both!
