Same problem as last year

A video I took of him today where he eventually drinks
Is there a way of helping him to straighten his neck when I am not there.
He can eat out of my hand but still concerned that he isn’t getting enough food. I’m also trying to think of a gadget to help raise the feed or make it more accessible when I am not there.

He really looks to have a problem getting food and water, and probably requires someone to help him eat every couple of hours. If you cannot, he may starve, and culling him might be considered. Tube feeding is something that could be considered.

So I’m holding up a jug of food (layer pellets) and water (with poultry tonic in it) and then I let him eat some sunflower seeds.
He is still walking abit backwards and doesnt want to move as much. Seems he has to get momentum going and do like a canter to get moving. His neck is bent back into a Z shape. I have seen him put his beak to the floor.
he hadn’t moved much outside and kept walking backwards but to my shock he managed to get back into the coop and snuggle with the other birds.
How long should I give it?

Ps mentioned it to my dad (past avid pigeon racer and fancier) and he keeps saying it’s

Paramyxovirus?
