Samoa ice cream?!!

How the ^%$%!! am I supposed to diet when they make Girl Scout cookie Samoa ice cream? I could eat a vat of this stuff. Eddy's Ice Cream and Weight Watchers must be in collaboration with each other to keep me fat!!!

I gave up dieting years ago. I am 47 years old, too old to be punishing myself for a body God gave me. And I will tell, I am a MUCH happier person now.

You know the Girl Scout samoa cookies? They break them up and put them into a caramel swirl ice cream. Mmmmmm...

I have a huge weakness for Samoas, but can control myself because those things are a zillion dollars a box and they only sell them once a year. I am really stingy with my limited supply of those. But now they've gone and added ice cream to it and are selling it at the grocery store.

ACK!! CANNOT RESIST THE ICE CREAM!!!

Yup, exactly. Cookie, covered in toasted coconut, drizzled in chocolate and then drizzled in caramel. They are heavenly!

(I too gave up on dieting a few years ago, but I do try to maintain a sense of healthy eating. The Samoa ice cream can completely undo me.)
