San Antonio, TX - Rooster Needing Home

A relative found a chicken attacked by a dog and brought it to me. It has recovered and is growing back feathers but turned out to be a rooster, not a pullet. I cannot keep a rooster in my subdivision. I am not an expert, but guessing he might be a Leghorn?
I'm looking for a home for him. I can delivery him as needed in San Antonio/Austin or surrounding area.

Doesn't look like a Leghorn. Maybe has some oriental game, but I'm no breed identifier.

He's dubbed(Comb, & Wattles cut off), looks like some sort of GameFowl, with Asil influence.
