San Diego Chicken meetup and Chat thread

Hello! I am planning to attend, and I was wondering if anyone is bringing any birds for sale? Sorry if this came up before!

I have no idea where I'm going to store all this extra food, so if you get more orders I will take some of mine off.

My girls eat a ton of it too. My Delawares are very heavy but my Ameraucanas are still light despite the fact they are really little piggies in disguise.

Boss is eggcellent for horses..... my Katee Wuvvs her Seedsies.... and she even picks through her poo to find the ones that didnt quite get chewed up.....

(actually this is normal for horses in general its a way to fortify their gut bacteria)
 
When I bought a bag of BOSS I left it on the bench outside, my horse was also grazing out front too. You got it, he found the bag, ripped it open and at a good quantity of it.

I've since tried offering it to he and the pony as a treat but they just turn their noses up!! I guess it's only good when you're not supposed to have it!
