Sand ?

Ok so I'm puttin some sand in my run an I was wonderin about sand fleas ? Will I get them or is that tha least of my worries

Do I just mix it in with the sand ?

yes, inside the coop & outside in the run ~ and the bottom of a nest box too

I also spread a layer between the subfloor using an additional layer of plastic sheeting on it under the plywood.

So it deffinantly hase to be food grade. And whats that meen?
