YOu hae a good diet-- I dropped the fruit juices too because it is no better than soda. I know a bummer but my kids don't miss it actually. THey play with smoothies full of yogurt, or cottage cheese and use splenda for a bit of sweetness. Honey and molasses adds a richness to flavor as wellas sweetness.
Plenty of lean meat is good ,as you still get good fats from any meat. I eat a lot of fat as it helps me to loose weight and helps with appetite control.
I have ducks and turkeys andmy latest craze is 3 duck eggs over easy with a scallion and cream cheese and butter. I'll eat that untilI tire of it.
You too can eat the brags vinegar-- add it to your salad; or if you can manage it , miz with water and honey and toss it down. I tried and I couldn't drink it LOL . So I found other places to add it . ANd I use probiotic capuules as they have FAAAAARRRR more than yogurt. I was having trouble digesting bread ( binged) and had terrible cramps--- the only solution was to increase the probiotics intake , and now I"m ok with an occassional binge GI wise. Rest of my body feels like crap though!! SO I just found several "bread " recipes that are low car and I"m eager to try them and test my reaction-- just short a couple ingredients still.
CHicken eating chicken, lol. THey are wonderful " cleaner uppers" as I call such creatures. We need the vultures and the chickens to keep everyting clean of rotting animal carcasses. Not a pretty picture I know, but the chickens are very useful to recycle and keep their area clean.
The more good veg you feed them, the better the eggs.
