Sap and cat hair, the new tar and feather

I just got up at 6:30, took care of the older ducks, took care of the younger ducks, made a big breakfast, sent husband off to work, finished to do list and as I'm looking at my arm I see bizzarre dark hairy spots...yuck... then I realize that all the yard work and trimming of 3 pine trees in my aunt and uncles huge backyard yesterday didn't exactly clean off in the shower...and then I remember that our 2 cats are shedding like mad and I held and pet them this morning...eeewe, bad combination

This is utterly gross, I have a ton of sap specks covered in cat hair all over my arms... I must look diseased! I think this is as close as I'll get to being tared and feathered...even at this level its unpleasent.

Any tips on how to remove sap from skin since soap obviously didn't work?

Oh my goodness! My suggestion is to smear peanut butter all over your arm. Rub that in well all over the affected skin. Then clean that off with dish soap, Dawn works best. I know it sounds really messy, but peanut butter is great for removing sticky stuff. Good luck!
