Sapphire Gem offspring.

I know they're a hybrid between 2 different breeds and their offspring probably won't look like them. Does anyone know what sapphire gems make? I've got 12 eggs on day 18 in the incubator from my flock of 6 hens and 1 roo saph gems. https://dejejvistas.lv/en/portfolio/dominant-blue-d-107/ I'm wondering if I could get a hen that looks like grand dad or a roo that looks like grandma? Not well versed on chicken genetics.

Is your rooster barred as he should be?
If he is barred then on average you would get 25% blue, 25% blue barred, 12.5% black, 12.5% black barred, 12.5% splash, 12.5% splash barred.
