Sapphire gem roo or different breed?

This “guy” is two weeks. I suspect it’s a boy because he is bigger and has more distinctive barring than the other one I have. And a larger comb. Can anyone confirm? Leg and beak color are dark so I’m just not sure.
Or could it be a different breed altogether. I wasn’t expecting two in my order. Pics of “sister” chick in comments to distinguish.

I would suspect male but way too early to know. It may be a different breed since hatcheries often put in extra roosters for warmth or a free surprise chick.
