Okay, I am totally new to this. We ordered two sapphire olive eggers, one olive egger, one ISA Brown, and one buff Orpington from our local farm store that we know uses Hoover's Hatchery.

The combs and wattles of our SOEs have really seemed to have reddened up over the last few days so hoping if anybody has any input on if it's a SOE trait or if we have roosters on our hands. They are 7 weeks tomorrow!

Thanks for any help!

They look like lavender Orpingtons, & cockerels.

I never heard of Sapphire Olive Eggers.
I've heard of Sapphire Gems, a hybrid.

Thanks for the replies! And glad (kind of) you are saying they aren't sapphire olive eggers, because I was wondering where the tuft they are supposed to have is?

They're Lavender Orpington cockerels

Now that lavender Orpington has been suggested and looking at pictures, they very much do look like those. Just didn't think it was possible because we couldn't order those unless we did a straight run, but I suppose anything could happen at a big hatchery/or if the farm store just sorts them out when they arrive at the store.
