Sapulpa, Oklahoma Roos for Giveaway

I don't know if this is the right spot for this.

But, I had to take Eric and Goldie, 2 of my gorgeous roos, to Farmer's Feed in Sapulpa, OK today to re-home them.

They did not pay me for them and said they would keep them there for give a way.

They are GREAT roosters...but they got into a huge fight...what looked like to the death had I not seen this happen, so I would be THRILLED to death if someone here on BYC would get them.

Eric hatched 6/15/07 and Goldie 6/18/07. Eric is a RIR/BO cross, and Goldie is a Bl. Australorp/BO cross.

Both, with me, were gentle and loving, and did chase off some pit bulls out of the coop...so they are protectors.

So please, if anyone is needing a roo and lives anywhere close...call Farmer's Feed and see if they still have Eric or Goldie...we just took them there tonight at 5:15 p.m.

I just called some friends in Sapulpa and told them to pass it around, I'm sure they'll get good homes.

There's a thread on Which Breed or Gender is this that is called "Rut Roh...more roos?" I think I called it, that has pictures of them if any of your friends have internet access.

Goldie, especially, is a very gorgeous, unique fella.

That Bl. Australorp/BO cross is something I'd never seen.

Akcskye, I assume you are in Sapulpa so I am gonna add your name to the "Okies in the BYC" list. If that is not where you live let me know and I will change it. There are several on here from that area.

I know of some Naifehs, but only because of living here so long.

I don't know any of them personally.
