I HAVE A HEN THAT IS MOLTING SHOULD I PUT HER UP BY HER SELF ... AND WILL SHE CAUSE THE OTHER HENS TO START MOLTING .... NEED HELP FAST

You don't have to separate her. Just make sure you up her protein intake, as she'll need it to grow new feathers.

No, it shouldn't affect the others but they may start since it is the fall season (because of fall they won't lay unless they are certain breed). Its not fun seeing them molt, but it is normal that they do.
