Satin silkie not eating/drinking, lethargic

I soaked her in epsom salt for 20 mins. Dried her. No egg. Her vent still looks fine and i don’t feel anything from the outside. When i put her in the pen downstairs she ate/drank some which is the first time she has in a bit. She did poop a little. But still just not right. I’m not sure if she’s egg bound it might be something else
