Save rr in NJ

If anyone can help these poor birds get in touch with me through this site.
They are rr x pr all pullets they have had their beaks trimmed very short AGGH. They are in a dog run not very big for 75+ girls. The guy selling them wants $10 a piece for them. I took 2 and they are good layers. They just have not had a lot of positive human contact. They are very shy I let them free range and they always come home at night to snuggle up

Maybe you can report these people or something if the conditions are sub par. Paying 10 bucks for a bird from something like that is hard to do.

The laws in jersey are bad concerning livestock. I know $10 was a lot, but I'm a sucker. I'll never go back again, next time I might lose my cool.
