I just recently bought an incubator but it wont arrive until tomorrow. And even then I'm trying to get a substantial amount of eggs from each of my hens before starting the process. I just started collecting today and I have three chicken eggs and one duck egg. Is it okay if I wait the remainder of the week to incubate them? Thank you for the replies

Yes, as long as you don't refrigerate them, they should remain usable to incubate for 2 weeks or more. Be certain to give your incubator no fewer than 48 hours to stabilize before you set the eggs. Have fun and share a video of them hatching. ;)
