Yup! i love all the harry potter movies, this one did stray from the book a little like people said.. And wasn't as actiony, like people said. But it's still close nothing really major edited- And loved the part of dumbledore in the cave

PS. You should add "POSSIBLY SPOILERS" or something in the title. "just in case".

i felt i chose my wording carefully as not to give spoilers. i remember there was that last chapter of the book which was not featured in the movie as i stated earlier.thats my only complaint

I saw it this weekend and did not like it. I thought the movie suffered from poor editing and injudicious use of the book. I understand that with almost 800 pages you have to pick and choose to make a movie, but I thought they could have followed one storyline for a more cohesive movie. At 2 1/2 hours it was too long, and yet edited so sloppily that some scenes had no connection at all to the ones before or after. If they had just emphasized one story line; Snape/Malfoy, the Half-blood Prince, the Horcruxes and finding them or following the memories about Voldemort, it would have been a better movie. By touching too lightly on any one storyline, there wasn't enough to carry the movie. JMHO, please don't beat me up too badly.

I"m waiting for Percy Jackson. The movie should be coming out on my son's birthday, and we'll go then.

The movie was Iffy I didn't like it as much as the others...it left a bunch out! I was disapointed with it. Isn't it a different director this year? if so I want the old one back!

I was disappointed in this movie compared to the book. Without getting too specific for those who haven't seen it yet, I felt they left out some things that were important and changed/added some things that I could see no point in changing/adding.

I haven't seen it yet but I've read and reread) all the Harry Potter books and have seen all the movies(except this one). But it looks really good.
