saw harry potter and the half blood prince today

I was sooo mad! They completley screwed up the last part of the movie. They cut a exciting part and some people that I think would play an important part in the last couple of movies! I was happy with it through the whole thing till they got back to the castle then from there someone made up a whole diffrent thing. I know just like everyone everything can't fit in but come on! Will Doby even be in the last movie? Bill and Flure[sp]?

I havent read the books just because I dont like reading books and seeing their movies. Its ALWAYS a let down in one way or another..

I probly will never read the HP books. Would rather see the movies : )

I saw the the film yesterday at the cinema! I thought it was good. Although, the romantic bits really made me feel embarresed

Thats why I prefer to watch films on my own, or with people my own age. But actually, I didn't feel SO bad this time.

I have a feeling they left out the last chapter of the book so as to have an emotional place to start in the next movie. (To remind people as to what happened just like they did in the beginning of the half-blood prince movie).

I won't own that movie in my collection. It was awful. Parts left out, entire plots removed, actually seemed to have bad acting this time around...shame too. The only good part was when Harry took the Magic Luck.

I saw it yesterday. Totally disappointing. I'm amazed at how they managed to turn a book with so much information, action, and emotion into such a boring movie! I still can't figure out why they added an entire scene that wasn't in the book. That scene added nothing to the plot of the movie, it really accomplished nothing other than taking up time that could have been used to add another memory or something like that. I do think that the guy who plays Dumbledore did a better job in this movie than any of the others, but he was the only one. Snape had no emotion at all in the movie, but in the book there are several parts where he is completely livid and shows lots of emotion, didn't get that at all in the movie. Over all, a big disappointment.

We watched it last week. My son has read all of the books. I have not read any of them but have seen all the movies. I felt like the ending just dropped off. The rest of the movie was pretty good, but the ending was like they just ran out of time and just ended it....

I'll have to read the books I guess to see what really happens.
